Artwork and Branding

The whole point of using event merchandise, conference promotional products and trade show give away products is to make your logo or message stand out from the crowd.  We have thousands of quality brandable items, all of these can be enhanced with your decoration. To produce a quality decoration, quality artwork is a must. 

We think it is the most important part of our job to make your artwork and our products look great together.  If they look good they will be effective.  If they are effective you will obtain you marketing objectives.  We are passionate about artwork and getting it right. 

Quality artwork can be easily and cheaply created.  We work with two main types of electronic files, which are industry standards.  These files are called .eps and .ai and classified as “vector art”.   Vector art can easily be manipulated (changing size, colour and different design elements).  If you already have vector .eps or .ai files the artwork process is going to be straight forward.  If you do not have vector art we will help you locate your vector art or will quickly create vector art for you.

Locating Vector Art

You may have copies of your logo in formats like .jpg, .tiff, .bitmap or in a PDF file.  These files generally cannot be used to produce quality decorations as they are too low grade.  However, if you have a logo already in one of these formats someone at some time has produced vector art.  We need to locate this art.  In our experience this art is sitting in someone’s computer and can be used straight away.  Ask your marketing person, or graphic designer if they have either an .eps or .ai file of your logo.  In most instances they already have these files.  If they cannot locate these files, the next best place to try is your offset printer (whoever prints your business cards, letterheads or other paper products featuring your branding).  Simply call them and explain your requirements for the .eps or .ai files, in most instances they will have it e-mailed to you within 5 minutes.  Remember this artwork belongs to you, they are storing it on your behalf.  If you cannot locate vector art, we will have to recreate it (redraw).

Creating Vector Art

Simple artwork like text is easy for us to make and there is no charge for creating this for you.  Most decorations we produce include logos, to draw or redraw a logo from poor art is a job for a professional graphic artist.

Artwork Express

We have a service for producing quality artwork called ‘Artwork Express’.  95% of logos can be redrawn for a flat $80+GST rate.  Some logo redraws may be more complex and will have to be quoted. After we have redrawn your logo we will email you your redrawn logo copy for your future use.  We will supply you an .EPS, .AI, .PDF and high resolution .JPEG file.  The art we supply will be able to be used for business cards, letterheads, signwriting, brochures, embroidery – anything you need to have your logo and identity professionally redrawn.
